NDAA warns against unauthorized territorial overflights
The Fiscal 2023 National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA, notes that “North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) allies should not conduct unauthorized territorial overflights of another NATO ally’s airspace.”
