Apartment prices in Greece up 11.9% in Q3
Apartment prices (in nominal terms) are estimated to have increased on average by 11.9% year-on-year in the third quarter of 2023, according to provisional data released by the Bank of Greece on Thursday.

Agathonisi residents isolated after ferry services halt
The small remote island of the Dodecanese, Agathonisi has been isolated for the past two weeks after the ferry that connects it to Samos halted its services for maintenance. Since October 14, only a couple of ferries that can carry vehicles and trucks have docked on the island to bring basic goods.

Kalashnikov and magazines found in stolen car
A Kalashnikov-style weapon, a fuel container with an unknown substance, magazines and a helmet were found in a suspicious car located in Palaio Faliro, southern Athens, on Friday at noon. The car had been reported stolen at the Nea Ionia police department, northern Athens in September.
