Almost 10,000 violations were recorded by the Hellenic Police (ELAS) in the year up until November in the western Greek regions of Achaia, Aitoloakarnania and Ilia concerning the illegal parking of vehicles, and preventing the movement of people with disabilities and pedestrians.
