The government considers the upcoming talks in Athens between Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as an opportunity to foster a climate of dialogue between the two Aegean neighbors, said spokesperson Pavlos Marinakis during a press briefing on Monday.
