Τhe newly appointed independent operational unit of HRADF namely the Project Preparation Facility (PPF) unit was appointed by the Governmental Committee of Projects of Strategic Importance of Law 4799/2021, to mature, execute the tender process, and supervise the implementation phase of the “Renovation & Restoration of the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (OAKA)” (RRF 16932), under the Ministry of Education and Sports.
The project is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0” with funding from the European Union – NextGenerationEU. In the context of the afore noted action, the PPF unit, acting by order, in the name and on behalf of the beneficiary, duly conducts the tender process in accordance with the provisions of article 5B of Law 3986/2011 for the contract award particularly in regards to the “Renovation, Restoration & Corrective Maintenance Works of the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (OAKA) steel structures at the Agora, two Main Entrances, and Wall of Nations” Project whereby the Athens Olympics Sports Centre (OAKA) is the designated contracting authority (Project Beneficiary)
The said open tender process shall be duly conducted via the National System of Electronic Public Contracts (namely Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ.).
