Lendlease has lodged a $500 million development application for One Darling Point, a 17-storey luxury apartment tower in Edgecliff, designed by renowned architect Alexander (Alec) Tzannes, The Greek Herald reports. The project marks Lendlease’s first high-end residential development outside Sydney’s CBD.
