Tempe surveillance video found in recycle bin, security company employee says

The head of the technical department at Interstar Security, the company responsible for the security and video surveillance of the railway network, stated during his testimony that he found the videos depicting the freight train involved in the Tempe accident in the computer’s recycle bin.
