The “Transport 2021-2027” program, part of Greece’s National Strategic Reference Framework (NSRF), includes the modernization of trains and infrastructure on the Piraeus-Kifissia electric railway line (Metro Line 1), with a total public expenditure of 90,382,520 euros, by decision of Alternate Minister of National Economy and Finance Nikos Papathanasis.
