Stock market acquisition will benefit buyer, seller

In a report, Bank of America says that the acquisition of the Athens Stock Exchange by Euronext will greatly benefit both sides. The report says annual synergies from the acquisition will reach €12 million by the end of 2028, or about 40% of the ASE’s estimated EBITDA for 2025.
