Energy Minister Stavros Papastavrou dismissed on Friday a report in Bloomberg which said that Libya’s eastern-based parliament is expected to ratify a maritime deal with Turkey, telling SKAI TV that Greece’s politics “are not determined by reports, but by actions on the ground.”
