Erdogan says Turkey will defend Mediterranean rights, backs two-state solution for Cyprus

President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Friday that Turkey will defend its rights to Mediterranean resources while maintaining Ankara’s call for a two-state solution in Cyprus.
