Kinsen Hellas, an Athens-based car leasing company that has strategic partnerships with Europcar Mobility Group and Saracakis Group, announced on Monday it has agreed with Europcar to acquire the entire business activities of Austria’s Megadrive Autovermietung in Austria and Hungary.
