Prosecutor orders urgent probe into witness’s refusal to testify in OPEKEPE inquiry

An Athens prosecutor has ordered an urgent preliminary investigation following the refusal of witness Giorgos Xylouris to respond to questions posed by MPs during his appearance before the parliamentary investigative committee examining the disgraced farm payment agency OPEKEPE.
