Greece raises its flag on a new era at sea

In the gray, rain-soaked weather of southern Brittany, emotion and pride cut through the wind as the Greek flag was raised on the Kimon, a new FDI frigate formally commissioned into the Hellenic Navy. It is the first of four such vessels and, officials said, a technological leap for the fleet.
