Building limits set for small towns

The government has introduced a presidential decree restricting the expansion of settlements with fewer than 2,000 residents.The decree mandates that only areas developed before 1983 will be considered within village boundaries unless a scientifically justified population increase necessitates expansion – excluding tourism-related demand.
