Council of State allows insurers to raise premiums if clauses are clear and disclosed

Insurance companies may unilaterally raise premiums in insurance and health contracts during the entirety of the contract’s duration if a special clause is included in contracts, the Council of State (CoS) ruled in a decision published on Tuesday.
