A prosecutor on Crete has ordered a 17-year-old accused of attempting to strangle his sister to be remanded in custody. In the alleged incident, which occurred early on Monday morning, the teenager tried to choke his 18-year-old sister, who managed to escape from her attacker and call her mother for help.
