The Governmental Committee for State Aid, chaired by Deputy Minister for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection Konstantinos Katsafados, met urgently on Wednesday to approve measures for regions hit by fires in June, July, and August, including the greater Athens area, north Aegean, western Greece, Epirus, Crete, the Ionian Islands, and central Greece.
