Greek beaches blighted by cigarette butts and plastic

Greece’s beaches are heavily polluted with cigarette butts and plastic waste, according to a WWF report. Volunteers collected an average of 464 pieces of trash per 100 meters of coastline – 20 times the EU’s threshold for clean beaches.
