Illegal street race blocks highway near Halkida

Traffic was briefly blocked on Sunday afternoon on the roadway connecting Halkida, on the island of Evia, to Schimatari in Viotia (part of the old national highway) after a group of about 200 people gathered with their cars to stage illegal street races, local media reported.
