Price Map, the new platform of the Ministry of Digital Governance intended to record real estate prices (based on contracts) across Greece, is expected to be ready in the first quarter of 2026, in an effort to finally bring transparency to the Greek property market. However, despite the high expectations, the truth is that this project will hardly bring any substantial results.
