Patriarchate gets green light, in writing, for liturgy at Panagia Soumela

The Ecumenical Patriarchate on Friday thanked the prefect of Trebzon for signing the written permit for the patriarchal liturgy at the historic Monastery of Panagia Soumela on August 15.
