Plans for Greek cultural precinct in Melbourne enter key phase

A plan to transform the Holy Monastery of Axion Estin in Northcote, Melbourne, into a landmark Greek cultural precinct has entered a critical stage, with the proposal formally lodged under Victoria’s Development Facilitation Program, project leaders said.
