Over 20 people have died in a shipwreck in rough seas east of Athens on Wednesday. The vessel, which had migrants and refugees on board, capsized near the treacherous Kafireas Strait near the island of Evia. 12 people have been rescued so far by the Hellenic Coast Guard, including a 16-year-old boy that is being treated at the hospital in Karystos.
