Teachers to hold protest rally in central Athens

Greek Civil Servants’ Union (ADEDY) is staging a rally with teachers’ unions at Propylaia, central Athens, at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, calling for an increased state budget for education, better wages and more hirings of permanent teachers.
